Born out of children's refusal to eat the crust on a slice of bread, we have designed the latest addition to our range of food processing machinery, a crustless bread oven.

Our crustless bread oven is designed to enable freshly baked, de-crusted loaves to be processed through slicing equipment and into bags.

Technology

A very light temporary 'skin' is created on the surface of the loaf.
This skin dramatically reduces friction and increases loaf rigidity, allowing the loaf to be handled as if it had a normal crust. Once bagged the bread normalises, leaving a completely crust free loaf.
