Tek-Dry Systems have produced one of the worlds largest Heat Soak ovens for toughened architectural glass. The oven can handle sheets up to 3m x 4m. and has a capacity of 36 sheets per batch.

The oven was designed from scratch using our knowledge of airflow.

Large Capacity

As the picure to the right shows, the glass is processed on three stillages. Each stillage has a capacity of three tonnes, giving a total oven load of nine tonnes.
