Snack Ovens
Tek-Dry H.S.S snack ovens are designed to produce a wide range of high quality snacks. High evaporation rates and close control of moisture profile are important features of these unique ovens.
Using our single pass and semi-indirect gas fired technology, product agitation, fines generation and fire risk are minimised.
With less fines, comes the additional benefit of longer periods between cleaning.


Single Pass Designs

As a consequence of our HSS principle Tek-Dry can offer single pass ovens where normally a multi-deck would be proposed.
This brings with it a simplicity of design that allows:

  • Ease of cleaning.
  • Extended periods between cleaning.
  • Very little maintenance.
  • Exceptional internal access.
  • Minimum number of moving parts.

Clean Internals

The photograph below shows the
internal view of a typical Tek-Dry machine.
Points of note are:

  • Sloping floor for drainage.
  • Wash down pipes, integral with frame.
  • No food traps.

If the product has a particularly large amount of fines generation we can offer various tailor made removal systems.
